Please make travel arrangements so that your flight arrives no later than 4:30 pm on April 25th and departs no earlier than 12:00 pm on April 27th. The two airports located closest to St. Simon’s Island are:

Located approximately 25 minutes from Epworth by the Sea.
(Transportation will be provided to and from this airport location to Epworth by the Sea)

Jacksonville International Airport
Located approximately 1 hour from Epworth by the Sea.
(Transportation will NOT be provided to and from this airport location to Epworth by the Sea).

Deadline to Register
- The deadline to register is April 11, 2011. After April 11th, there is no guarantee that rooms will be available.
Cancellation Fee
- Cancellations after April 11 through April 21, 2011, will result in a $20.00 cancellation fee per person
- Cancellations after April 21, 2011, will result in a cancellation fee of first night’s stay ($85 for attendees with a roommate and $130 for attendees with a private room)
